Carrollton Smiles is looking for a talented individual with excellent customer facing skills, attention to detail and impeccable manners.
Specific duties include the following:
Greets, checks in, and assists patients presenting to the office graciously.
Offers condiments whenever available and engages in conversation to make patients and their family feel welcomed.
Answers office telephone promptly and courteously.
Checks emails and voicemail frequently and returns phone calls and email responses in a timely manner.
Schedules patients appointments and confirms appointments.
Prepares initial patient chart with scanned patient history, insurance cards, and registration forms as well as family contact information (address, telephone, email).
Maintains strict patient confidentiality, Assists in marketing efforts.
Obtains patient satisfaction feedback and addresses concerns.
Ensures the flow of the office and that patients scheduled for treatment are being seen in a timely manner.
Ensures insurance verification is carried out early on and notes are made to address insurance changes as patients arrive.
Corresponds with insurance companies to determine coverage benefits and copayments.
Accepts and prepares receipt for patient payments.
Performs other duties as requested.
